NFAA indoor 300 round 

 

This round is shot at a distance of 20 yards (Bowmen shoot at 10 yards) 

and consists of 12 ends of 5 arrows each for a total of 60 arrows.

 

Archers have 4 minutes per end to shoot 5 arrows

 

Archers can use either the single blue/white target face or the 5 spot target. Targets and scoring rings are shown on the right.

 

Archers will start on either the top or bottom target row and will switch rows after 6 ends. There is usually a 10 minute break after 6 ends.

 

The maximum score possible is 300 /60X.

 

This round is spectator friendly although space may be limited at some local venues.

 

Food and snacks may be available at some events.

 

Archers are encouraged to bring their own snacks and water.

 

This competition usually takes 1 ½ to 2 hours to complete

 

Important note: Archers competing in the bowhunter class are not allowed to adjust their sight after the completion of the practice round.
